What We Collect
When you purchase or sign up for Assignment Tracker Pro, we collect:
- Email address — to deliver your template and send setup tips.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or any other personal data.
Google Sheets Data
The Assignment Tracker Pro template includes a Google Apps Script that provides sorting, archiving, and dashboard features. This script:
- Only accesses the spreadsheet it is installed in (uses the
spreadsheets.currentonlyscope). - Does not read, access, or transmit data from any other Google service (no Gmail, no Drive, no Calendar).
- Does not send any data to external servers.
- Runs entirely within your own Google account.
Your assignment data, grades, and course information stay in your own Google Drive. We have no access to it.
How We Use Your Email
We use your email address to:
- Deliver your template download links after purchase.
- Send a short series of setup tips (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Respond to support requests.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate:
- Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- SendGrid — email delivery. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare Pages — website hosting. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Cookies
Our website does not use cookies or tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other analytics platform.
Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

- See what data we hold about you.
- Have your data deleted.
- Unsubscribe from emails.
